What we collect
When you fill in the creator or brand form, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email, social handles and your message. That is the only personal data we ask you for.
Why we use it
We use those details to reply to your enquiry and, where it makes sense, to work together. Our basis for this is the consent you give by submitting the form, alongside our legitimate interest in answering you.
How the forms work
Submissions reach our team through Web3Forms, a third-party form processor that passes your message on to us. If your browser blocks the script, the form opens your own mail client instead, so you stay in control of what you send.
Third-party assets
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, and serves creator and brand avatars from our own domain with unavatar.io kept only as a fallback. Loading those assets means your IP address may be visible to those providers. Creator previews also load media from X and Digi’s portfolio. Digi’s video uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player. These providers receive connection information when their content loads, and their players may collect playback information. Their own privacy terms apply. EYEKON does not use these assets to profile you.
Cookies and storage
EYEKON itself does not set tracking or advertising cookies. We use a small amount of essential browser storage to remember simple choices, like dismissing the notice at the bottom of the page, and that stays on your own device.
Keeping your data
We hold enquiry details only for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any work that follows, then we remove them.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the details you have sent, or to have them corrected or removed, by emailing pat@eyekon.xyz.
